    It was reasonably priced. The hotel was quiet little and I liked the streets of Tain. The staff was excellent friendly, always there to help. The location turned out to be lovely and excellent. Moreover, the area was nice enough. The attached restaurant was good, very good service.

    Room was super comfy and clean. Really spacious with plenty of desk and power plugs. Loved the bathroom-excellent shower. It was totally quiet, so nice after a long day. Beds were warm and cozy. Only bummer was the instant coffee in the room. A cafetiere would be amazing. But for the price, can't complain at all!

    excellent access to parks and local landmarks for weekend explorers

    The hotel is just a short stroll from Tain Museum and almost 2 km from the beautiful Nigg Bay, perfect for a weekend of walking around the city and enjoying scenic views. Although the pub's service was great, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for a quick hot drink upon arrival.

    The room was tidy with clean towels and a comfy bed. I loved the little breakfast basket with croissants and fruit left at my door. The staff were attentive. Location near the A9 is perfect for easy travel. The bathroom could have been cleaner. A good stay for a short trip.
